Certainteed Landmark Pro – Pewaukee

We installed a Certainteed Landmark Pro, 4-Star Roofing system on this lovely Colonial home in Pewaukee,WI. The Color is Driftwood. We also removed a rotting chimney that was not necessary anymore. The cedar siding on this home, as well as many homes in the area, will rot near the roof to wall transitions due to the amount of water that wicks into the ends of the siding. We can cut that siding out, replace the step flashing and install an LP Smartside Trim board over the new flashing, which you can see in the photos of this home.
